Are federal employees satisfied with their jobs?
Surveying federal workers to ensure an engaged workforce
Challenge
The federal government needs a productive, engaged workforce to carry out its many responsibilities, from national defense and disaster relief to education and health research.
The government assesses the level of engagement and job satisfaction and attitudes toward management of its more than 1.8 million employees by administering the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) to a representative sample of the workforce. The survey participants represent more than 80 federal agencies and a wide range of employee groups, including part-time staff, field staff, veterans, people with disabilities, and more.
365体育亚洲唯一官方入口 has helped carry out the FEVS since 2004.
